We did it! Seeded #7 CSDR Girls Basketball team upsetted seeded #2 Texas School for the Deaf, 45-42. Our girls played with passion and heart throughout the game. We started right off the bat when we led at halftime, 25-14. In second half TSD tried to do everything to break us but we were resilent. Every player on the team contributed well.
Never in school history the girls team won in first game at Clerc Classic (this is 14th year) and we made the history today. We will face Maryland School for the Deaf tomorrow. They defeated Rochester School for the Deaf.
