CSD Riverside Lady Cubs Softball played against La Verne Lutheran and won 23-13 on our home field. Genesis Estrella went 3 for 4 at the plate and earned 6 RBI. The player of the game goes to Sukie Miller who pitched 7 strikeouts. Sukie went 1 for 2 at the plate and stole 2 bases….
Track and Field Update: Boys CSD Riverside lost to Hamilton, 20-94 (unofficial score, two missing events). Highlights: Sprinters were impressive for their first time. Jamund Roberts timed 12.07, 2nd place; Albert Corona, 12.46, 3rd place. Girls CSD Riverside lost to Hamilton, 29-74 (unofficial score). Middle School Basketball Update: Our boys played their first game vs Moreno Valley. We outscored them 75-43. Connelly Jones and Desi Gonzales shared the highest scores of a combined 56 points. Sean Parker and Zane Hencker had 7 points each, as well as Tristian Hencker who had 5 points. Next game will be vs. Redlands…
Softball Update: CSD Riverside had their first away game of the season on Tuesday and they lost to Crossroads Christian 16-3. Tomorrow is their first home game at @ 3:45 vs Redlands Adventist.
