Raymond Nelson was everywhere for the California School for the Deaf-Riverside in its 52-0 non league victory over the Center for Enriched Studies at Sherman Oaks on Friday.

Nelson scored two rushing touchdowns, threw for three touchdowns and returned two interceptions for touchdowns, accounting for each of the Cubs’ touchdowns.

He also completed a two-point conversion to make his points-scored total 44.

After rushing for a 16-yard touchdown in the first quarter, Nelson opened the second quarter with three touchdowns in 35 seconds.

He rushed for an 86-yard rushing touchdown with 11:43 left in the second quarter. He then returned two interceptions for touchdowns on CES’ next two subsequent possessions, giving the Cubs (2-3) a 32-0 lead with 11:08 left in the first half.

Nelson rushed for 134 yards on 13 carries and threw for 169 yards on 6 of 9 passing.
