Baseball and Softball Win the Season Opener

Baseball Game at Van Horn

CSDR – 21

Van Horn – 3

As baseball season has begun, CSDR started off with a a couple of BOMB!!! A 21-3 rout over Van Horn.

Jeremy Warshaw took the mound and pitched a complete game with 13 strikeouts and 3 walks in 6 inning of work. He finally won his first high school game as a pitcher. He also went 3-5 at bat with his first home run too and 3 RBIs.

Angel Aragon went perfect! Batting 5-5 with four runs, a double, a home run and 2 RBIs.

The boys now established a new school record of hitting 4 home runs in a game. It began with Willie Pacheco, followed by Angel Aragon and Micheal Buchanan and closed with a bomb by Jeremy Warshaw. (Believe it or not, these were all of their first home runs!)

Everybody contributed to the big game, be sure to congratulate them when you see them on campus.
